ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Admission to AIIAS Junior Academy is a privilege and not a right, and may be withheld or withdrawn by the school at its discretion and in harmony with its mission, function, and procedures.

Specific requirements:

1. A child must be six years of age by March 1 of the current year to enroll in the first grade.

2. All prospective first graders must pass a test to determine their readiness for school.

3. A birth certificate for all prospective first graders must be produced before admission to class.

4. Immunizations required by the Philippine government.

5. Submission of all previous school records.


REGISTRATION

All students are expected to register on the designated day at the beginning of each year. Registration is official only after all procedures required by the application policy have been completed.


ADMISSIONS POLICY

Admission may be granted irrespective of the applicant's race, color, or national origin. Although the Seventh Day Adventist Church sponsors the school and the majority of its students are members, no particular religious commitment is required for admission. Subject to available space, applicants who meet the academic and character requirements of the School and who express a willingness to cooperate with the school's policies and to adjust agreeably to its religious, social, and cultural atmosphere may be accepted.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Application forms obtained from the school office or download it and send to elemoffice@aiias.edu. Completed forms and all required documents, such as an official transcript of grades, must be supplied before the admissions procedure is complete.


TUITION RATES

All tuition rates are set by the AIIAS Junior Academy Board and are based on the AIIAS wage factor. The tuition charges include textbook rental fees. A monthly Computer Lab fee will be charged as applicable. Tuition is based on a nine month school year and is payable at the beginning of each month. All accounts must be kept current. A non-refundable registration fee is charged and is due at the time of registration. Home and School Fees are also collected at registration. For tuition rates, contact the administrator

TUITION DISCOUNTS

For families with more than one child in the school, a discount of 10% is given for the second child, 25% for the third child, and 50% for each additional child. There will be a 5% discount given to those paying for the entire school year in advance and a 2% discount for those paying for one semester in advance.

TEXTBOOKS

Textbooks are provided for each student. If a textbook is damaged or lost the student must pay to replace the book.

GRADUATION FEE – Grades 6 & 8

A graduation fee is charged to cover the graduation expenses.
